With over 100 years of combined experience, our machine operators are experts in cable processing using automated cut, strip, terminate, and solder machines. Our harness assembly team is fully trained in soldering, housing, crimping, and in-process inspection, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
Quality is embedded throughout our facility, not just in manufacturing. We implement full New Product Introduction (NPI), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) where required. Our integrated live IT stock control system monitors capacity and parts requirements, providing full traceability of raw materials throughout ordering, storage, and assembly.
Upon dispatch, products are scanned using QR codes and packaged in Birford branded recycled packaging, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.
