Reach Statement

We have conducted an inventory of substances used and contacted our suppliers with regard to registering products for REACH.

1. We are a downstream user and only use the products in the way they were intended to be used. There is no release during our usage and the products should not be used in anyway which could cause release.
2. No products or substances we use have any of the initial listed 16 SVHC.
3. We do not import over 1 Tonne from outside the EU.
4. We can confirm that all products used are currently being registered by our suppliers or by their suppliers. We are placing the emphasis on our suppliers to ensure their products are registered and conform to the REACH requirements.
5. Data sheets for all substances we use are available if required.

The data sheets include the Risk Phrases and the CAS / EINECS numbers.
