Birford produce products to customer specification and requirements. A finished good can range from being a single cut lead to a complicated wiring loom and sub assembly. Average monthly output of finished parts is approximately 600,000.

Birford has five Automatic Transfer Machines (ATM's) and two Schleuniger cut and strip machines. The 7 machines offer a capacity of approximately 22,000 leads per hour and being of top quality and superbly maintained, offer outstanding reliability.
